What Happened to Lign Light After Dragons’ Den?

Lign Light appeared on Dragons’ Den in 2015, Series 13 Episode 3. The business was a underwater light for scuba divers. No deal was made — the Dragons decided not to invest. The company was dissolved in 2021.

The Pitch

Graham and Lorraine Downward walked into the Den in 2015 with a underwater light for scuba divers. They were asking for £120,000 in exchange for 30% of the business.

Despite their best efforts, the pitch didn’t convince the Dragons to open their wallets.

The Deal

No deal was made. The Dragons weren’t persuaded to invest, and Graham and Lorraine Downward left the Den without backing.

What Happened After the Show

Lign Light did not survive long-term. The company was dissolved in 2021, some 6 years after the pitch.
